Somya Chaudhary

Somya leads product and technical strategy at Pyxis AI, and the conviction behind it: most of the manual work in CRE still lives in the gap between underwriting and investor reporting. She built Pyxis AI to close it, using agentic AI to handle lease abstraction, CAM reconciliation and real-time investor updates so teams can spend their time on decisions instead of data entry.

Before Pyxis AI, Somya was EVP & Chief Product Officer at a real estate investment firm, where she directed the company’s backend platforms and investor portal strategy, on top of 20+ years driving product, technology and legal initiatives at Fortune 500 companies.
